Structor Group LLC ("Structor", "we", "us") is a Wyoming limited liability company with its registered address at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. We build websites, AI assistants and internal business systems, and provide digital marketing services. These Terms govern your use of structor.online and your engagement of our services.
Service packages and prices published on this site are invitations to discuss, not binding offers. Every engagement is confirmed by a written quote and, where applicable, a service agreement issued by us. Work begins when the quote is accepted and any agreed advance payment is received.
Invoices are issued in USD unless agreed otherwise and are payable by the due date stated on the invoice. Card payments are processed by Stripe, Inc.; we never see or store your full card details. Monthly marketing packages are billed per calendar month and may be cancelled for the following month with written notice.
One-time project fees cover work performed in stages. If you cancel a project, you pay for the stages completed and work in progress up to the cancellation date; any advance payment exceeding that amount is refunded. Fees for completed and delivered stages are non-refundable.
Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables produced specifically for you (site content, designs, custom code), excluding third-party components and our pre-existing tools and libraries, which are licensed to you as part of the deliverable. We may reference completed, publicly launched work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of content and materials you provide, for timely feedback during the project, and for the lawful operation of your own business through any system we build for you.
Delivered systems may rely on third-party services (hosting, payment processing, AI model providers, telephony). Their availability and terms are outside our control; we will use reasonable care in selecting and integrating them.
Services are provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profit or data. Our total aggregate liability for any engagement is limited to the amount you paid us for that engagement in the twelve months before the claim arose.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Disputes will first be addressed in good faith negotiation; failing that, in the competent courts of Wyoming.
We may update these Terms; the current version with its date is always published on this page. Material changes do not apply retroactively to engagements already agreed.
