When you use the contact form we collect the name, email, phone number and message you submit. If you become a client, we additionally process the information needed for quotes, contracts and invoices (company name, billing address, tax identifiers). Server logs record standard technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited) for security.
To respond to inquiries, prepare and perform contracts, issue invoices, meet accounting and tax obligations, and protect the site from abuse. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
If we arrange a call with you, calls made through our system are carried by Twilio Inc. and may be recorded for quality and record keeping; you will be told if a call is recorded.
Card payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never reach our servers. Stripe’s privacy policy applies to that processing.
Data is shared only with processors necessary to run the service (hosting, Stripe for payments, Twilio for calls, email delivery) and with authorities where the law requires it.
Inquiry data is kept while we correspond with you and for a reasonable period after. Contract and invoice data is kept as long as accounting and tax law requires.
